Does the invoice split CGST and SGST?
Yes. Within your state it shows CGST and SGST, and across states IGST, decided by your client's state against your GSTIN.
Do I need a GSTIN?
No. Without one, invoices go out without GST, and you can add your GSTIN whenever you register.
Can I give a receipt for a cash payment?
Yes. A receipt stands on its own, against an invoice or not, so a site advance handed over in cash gets one too.
How are invoices numbered?
In sequence through the year, with a prefix you choose in your settings.
What happens to my invoices if I stop paying for Pro?
Nothing is deleted. Every invoice and receipt stays, every link you've sent keeps working, and you can still record payments on any client.
