A quotation your client opens, not one they download.
Build it from rates you entered once, price each line the way that line is actually priced, and send it as a page that works on a phone. The PDF is there for anyone who wants one — it is the same design, not a print-out.
Start free — 30 days of ProA rate library you fill once.
Items with their rates, grouped into rooms, grouped again by the kind of place — 2BHK flat, bungalow, villa. Start a quotation from a project type and the rooms arrive with their lines and rates already in them, so the first thing you do is edit rather than type.
A new workspace can load a ready-made library, which is the difference between a first quotation that takes minutes and one that takes an evening.
- Rooms and items you name yourself
- Rates that carry into every new quotation
- A starter library if you would rather not begin from nothing
Picked a project type? Every room below it arrives with its lines and rates.
Priced the way the line is actually priced.
A false ceiling is per square foot. A skirting runs by the foot. A wardrobe handle is per piece. Site supervision is a lump sum. Four modes on the same sheet, because forcing them all into one is how a quotation stops matching the job.
Every figure is worked out in the database rather than in the browser, so what you see on your screen and what your client is charged are the same number.
- Per square foot — length × width × rate
- Running feet — length × rate, for a run with no width
- Per piece — quantity × rate
- A lump sum, where a measurement would be a fiction
- Discounts by amount or by percentage
CGST and SGST within your state, IGST across state lines — decided by your client's state against your GSTIN, so you never pick.
Three ways to charge your fee. The client picks one.
The same project, offered per square foot, as a lump sum, and as a percentage — each with its own list of what you will do and its own payment schedule, side by side on one quotation. Nothing else a designer sends does this, and it is the fastest way to find out what a client is comfortable with.
Sent as a link. Read on a phone.
Not a PDF attachment your client pinches and zooms. A page with its own address, sent over WhatsApp or email, laid out scene by scene — a cover, who you are, the rooms, the fee options, the terms.
A PDF exists too, for the clients who want one. It is the same design rather than a print-out of a web page, and every link you have already sent keeps working, on any plan, forever.
- No account for your client, and no password
- Your colours, your type and your logo on all of it
- A matching PDF for anyone who asks

Questions about quotations
If your question isn't here, write to us from the contact page and we'll add the answer.
Does my client need an account to open it?
No. It opens as a page from WhatsApp or email and reads on a phone without pinch-zooming. There's no client login to forget.
Can I still send a PDF?
Yes. The PDF is the same design as the link, not a print-out of it.
How is GST worked out?
From your client's state against your GSTIN: CGST and SGST within your state, IGST across states. You never pick it by hand.
Can I offer more than one fee option?
Yes, on Pro: per sq ft, a lump sum and a percentage side by side, and your client picks one. The free plan offers one fee option per quotation.
Where do the rates come from?
Your rate library: items with their rates, grouped into rooms and project types. A new workspace can load a ready-made library to start from.
What happens to sent quotations if I stop paying?
Every link you've sent keeps working, and nothing is deleted.
Your first quotation is minutes away.
Load the starter rate library, pick a project type and edit instead of typing from scratch. Thirty days of Pro start the moment you sign up.
