Terms of use
The agreement between your studio and Decorics, in plain sentences.

The short version: your work is yours, a free account never expires, nothing is deleted when a plan lapses, and upgrades are settled over WhatsApp rather than a card form.
1 · The agreement
These terms cover your use of decorics.com and app.decorics.com, operated by Decorics, Baner, Pune, MH - 411045, India. Using either means you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a studio, you confirm you may bind it.
2 · Your account
One designer, one workspace — the product does not support several users in one account, and sharing a login is not a substitute. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Your sign-in email cannot be changed after sign-up, though your password can.
3 · Free, Pro and the trial
Every new workspace gets 30 days of Pro automatically, with no card. After that you stay on Pro by paying, or you continue on Free indefinitely. Free is limited in how many clients you can work on at once and in what appears on your documents; it is not a countdown, and nothing you created is removed when the trial ends.
4 · Paying
Prices are in Indian rupees and shown inclusive of any taxes stated at the time — currently ₹5,999 a year or ₹599 a month at the early-bird rate. An upgrade is arranged with us over WhatsApp and starts once your payment reaches us; the site itself does not take card payments. The early-bird price holds for the first 50 paying studios or until 31 March 2027, whichever comes first, and a studio that has it keeps it on renewal. Payments already made are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
5 · Your content stays yours
The quotations, invoices, client details and photographs you put in are yours. You give us only the permission we need to do the job — to keep them safe, turn them into your documents, and show them to the people you send them to or publish them for. We claim no other right over your work.
6 · What you are responsible for
The accuracy of what you send. A quotation or invoice issued through Decorics is your document: the rates, the scope and the tax treatment are yours to stand behind. You also confirm you have the right to publish the photographs you upload.
7 · This is not professional advice
Decorics works out GST from what you enter — CGST and SGST within your state, IGST across state lines — using your GSTIN and your client's state. That is arithmetic, not tax advice. Your filings and your compliance stay yours, and anything you are unsure about is worth checking with your accountant.
8 · Availability
We work to keep the service up but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance happens, and so do outages. Links you have already sent to clients are designed to keep working even when your plan changes.
9 · Fair use
Do not use Decorics to send anything unlawful, to impersonate someone, to upload work that is not yours to publish, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.
10 · Ending it
You can stop paying at any time and drop to Free, or ask us to close your account. We may end the agreement if these terms are broken. In every case, nothing you created is deleted as a consequence of a plan ending.
11 · Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profits or for business decisions taken on the strength of a document the product produced.
12 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
